Kine hit many dead ends while pursuing her investigations.
- Kine discovered that Bob Bland was not in fact Bob Six. She wasn’t deterred though. She used Bland’s knowledge of Hans to find out more about him.
- Kine traveled to Phoenix, Arizona to attend a conference she thought Hans would be at, only to find he was not there. But, she used the people around her to gain more info about Hans.
- Kine was talking to Donna, an old art teacher of Hans’, Donna stated that while she did remember him, she didn’t know much about him. But she did have some info on his appearance that helped Kine in the long run.
She learned about art technique, the Culinary Association of Arizona, and background of Bob Six.
